Times are getting scary when we see so much of Revelation chapter 13 evidenced on a daily basis. It was interesting that we had an earthquake on Easter Sunday about the same time of day that Jesus died over 2,000 years ago. Many people are claiming that we are seeing the end times because of the fires, the floods the earthquakes. It is not only the natural occurrences that can be found in the last days prophecies but one could claim that the political leaders are inspired by satin or even are satanic. Many wonder about the beliefs of the Taliban, Al Qaida , Hamas and others being the act of the Antichrist. New world leaders are being followed by the masses with little question and news media are bought and paid for, thus allowing a change of direction and likely a change of world power and economic power leadership.
In a country founded by very devout Christian values, it is very frightening to see them being not only discouraged but outlawed. If you read any of the founding documents you will find God mentioned in all. If you look at any of the monuments built to honor leaders of the past you will see the name God inscribed somewhere. The Supreme Courthouse has the Ten Commandments written on the walls, and the oath of the President has God as the most important one to follow.
Is it not surprising that in a world where we have taken God out of our schools and our culture we are entering into the period that God has promised. In a world where people want to be taken care of by their government and feel entitled to receive handouts, and family leadership for youth and family values are replaced by internet and TV being babysitters and moral fabricators we will be led into the grasp of the unholy.
